Work with me
Through my services, I support adults, psychologists and health and helping professionals to better understand themselves, build confidence and create change that feels realistic and lasting.

Clinical Psychology
I offer individual clinical psychology appointments for adults seeking support with:
I have a particular interest in supporting people who work in health and helping professions, where caring for others can sometimes make it difficult to recognise and respond to your own needs.
Therapy is warm, collaborative and tailored to you.
Together, we explore what you are experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and find practical, meaningful ways forward.
My work draws from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Schema Therapy.
Options, fees and rebates
Appointments are available face-to-face, via telehealth, or as clinically appropriate walk-and-talk sessions.
Session fees are set below the APS National Schedule of Recommended Fees 2026–2027 ($330 for 46–60 minutes) to improve accessibility, with current rates of $300 per 50‑minute consultation.
Medicare rebates (up to 10 per calendar year) are available with a GP Mental Health Care Plan or specialist referral; from 1 July 2026 the rebate is $149.05 for Clinical Psychology, and may be higher if you’re over the Medicare Safety Net.
We can process eligible Medicare rebates on your behalf after payment. Most private health funds also offer rebates (depending on your cover). You can claim either Medicare or a private health rebate for a session, not both.
Clinical Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for psychologists who want space to reflect, strengthen their clinical thinking and develop a way of practising that feels both effective and sustainable.
Supervision can explore areas such as:
My supervision style is relational, reflective and strengths-based, with an emphasis on helping you develop your own authentic therapeutic style.

I also offer reflective group supervision through Nurture Me for Therapists, a six-month program focused on self-attunement, self-compassion, reflective practice and professional sustainability.

My approach
Whether we are working together through therapy, supervision or professional learning, my approach is warm, reflective and practical.
I believe meaningful change does not always require us to do more.
Sometimes it begins with understanding ourselves differently, recognising what we need and making small, purposeful changes that support the way we want to live and work.
My work is guided by a few simple principles:
